Hi all,
This resort is highly recommended for families looking out for luxurious stay.
Rooms are very comfortable, location is good, kuta beach is walking distance.
Lot of good restuarants and spas located at the hotel lane.
All over the stay was very good.

THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING IN THE ROOMS. torch, umbrella, dvd, big fridge, all toiletries including mozie cream. safe, very clean. peaceful. friendly and helpful staff. Take other couples or people with you if you prefer company, It is quiet as people tend to stick to themselves.

“We stayed here for just under 2 weeks on our honeymoon recently and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were tidy and well equipped and housekeeping were fantastic with services daily as well as preparing the room before bed and keeping insects out.
The restaurant staff were very friendly and they have a great menu and cocktail menu. The breakfast buffet is also very good with a good variety every day and an egg station.
They have a lovely pool as well as a spa with lovely ladies available for massages and spa treatments”

“Hotel is nice. Big rooms. Awesome pool. It’s not super central however this means that it’s quiet. We stayed here for New Years and thus got some sleep cause it’s not too close to clubs. Avoid the money exchange directly outside the main gate across the road as they give good rates but they steal stacks of money behind the counter! They stole 800 000 RP from us.

“This is our 10th stay at the Risata. We like to stay here for our first part of our holiday each year as it is around 15 minutes from the airport. You can walk into Kuta along the beach or the road in about 10 minutes. They are building a new Indian Restaurant at the moment which should be good when completed. Friendly staff.

This beautiful hotel is situated just a couple of hundred metres from the beach, and just off the main road in Kuta which runs up to Kuta Square. About a 5 minute walk to Lippo Mall on one side of the road, and the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church on the other. Kuta Square with all its shops, bars, market stalls and restaurants is about a twenty minute walk.
Our room was large and beautifully decorated with a massive, comfortable Queen Sized Double Bed, and also a sofa. The TV had enough channels to suit everyone, with lots of movies available. Powerful shower over bath with plenty of hot water. Wi-fi is freely available in the room, though the strongest signal is in the reception area. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and also a large fridge which is topped up every day with bottles of drinking water. The rooms are cleaned every day, unless you display the “Do Not Disturb” sign. In the wardrobe were two bathrobes, two pairs of slippers, an umbrella and a torch, and in the bathroom all soaps, shampoos, etc were replenished daily, along with sachets of mosquito repellant!
Outside there is a beautiful, well maintained swimming pool (warm water), with decking and sun loungers, adjacent to the restaurant and bar, Lots of shrubs and bushes for shade, with a walkway round leading to all accommodations, situated over two floors.
ALL staff are extremely polite and helpful, and never fail to greet you whether entering or leaving the hotel.
We stayed for a total of 10 nights and would rate this hotel as “exceptional”. If we return to Bali this is where we will stay.

we have been here a week and the service has been very good, the room immaculate serviced each and the food is excellant. the staff have been very attentive also the pool is very clean and a greta size and the boards around the pool are being replaced. the only item that could be improved is they should have someone at the pool bar so we can give an order to so as not have to walk up to the pool lounge to place an order. they do walk around to see if you want to order a drink or food but not enough. But the food at the pool is excellent and we will be returning here as it is close to the airport and shops and beach.

My Family and friends stayed here in October, there were 10 of us all up with the youngest being 16. I cannot fault this fantastic resort. Our stay included airport transfers and from the moment we arrived we were greeted and given our room cards, massage vouchers and also complimentary drink vouchers as well. Our rooms were just lovely we all had a balcony and were clean and had everything we needed including a safe. The spa area is just so relaxing and the ladies there are so professional and I instantly felt relaxed around them. The daily buffet breakfast was heavenly and they had anything and everything is was just devine. The dinner and lunches not only available in the dining area but also around the pool and also in your room was fantastic and very reasonable priced. All the staff are just so friendly asking us how our day had been when we come back at the end of the day.
A beautiful place to stay

Just got back from Bali have been many times before but i loved staying at Risata hotel and spa this time. I have stayed at many places some fancier but not as good as Risata. They have lovely rooms, great pool and amazing restaurant with 24 hr room service. The location is great if you want convenience without the Kuta rat race. Around the corner from jl. Kartika plaza which has all the best stalls and shopping centres 5 mins from Lippo mall which is awesome. Short walk to beach. We had a late checkout and then a short stay in their lovely lobby lounge. I will be staying there again. Great family hotel.
